What Is Knowledge?

We develop and use conceptual understanding, exploring knowledge across a range of disciplines. We engage with issues and ideas that have local and global significance.

Encourage your ward to research the topics being taught in class to further their inquires. Ask them questions such as, “Why do you think it is important to know this?” by talking about how content relates to them and to their previous experiences. Encourage them to research their questions. Inspire any area that your child has interest in with books, activities, and outings. Encourage them to “THINK” in questions and wanderings. Always point out when your ward is demonstrating a learner profile.
