10 Stress Management Tips in Trading Cards

Dr. Funke, our Head of Counseling and Support has a Breakfast meeting with our Year 12 every week! Both parties look forward to this weekly meeting as it allows them a chance to really speak their minds, and get tips on how to maintain a healthy mental, emotional and physical health lifestyle! Last week, they discussed about sleep.

The Year 12 class, as they have just entered the journey that is the IBDP, are going through and managing a multitude of academic and non-academic responsibilities. There is so much going on in their lives and it would not be unusual that they are more stressed than usual! Of course, some amount of stress is positive for our mind and body, but it must be managed.

If you may remember, Dr. Funke has come up with 10 Stress Management Tips in Trading Cards, as a new addition to the ARIS Counseling Corner! Our Year 12 students at their Breakfast meeting, exchanged their trading cards with one another based on how well they know their friends or what advice they would give them!
