Malek Hamoui Breaks Records at the Ghana Cube Championship 2020

Still in the “Cube” mood, we would like to celebrate Malek Hamoui for breaking not only one, but three national records!

Malek Hamoui is the Captain of the ARIS Primary Cube Team who enjoys solving the Rubik’s Cube. At the recently ended Ghana Cube Championship 2020, which was held at Al-Rayan International School (Secondary) on 8th and 9th February 2020, he participated in the 3x3, 2x2, Megaminx, Pyraminx and the Skewb events.

In these events, Malek broke 3 National Records; Megaminx, Pyraminx and Skewb!

In addition to Malek’s inspiring performance, one could not have missed the performances of all the other competitors, especially one Nigerian student from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Arinze Owoh, who swept away all the top prizes in the various events!
