MYP 2 Year 8 Eagles take a Trip to Greenhouse Farm

After learning about the conditions plants need to survive, #MYP 2 Year 8 Eagles took a quick trip to the greenhouse farm on top of Farmer's Market at Spintex!

This trip was to go further in their biology inquiry into materials and on this trip, they explored how humans control conditions to produce a good yield of crops!

Real-life connections like these are a sure way to trigger passion in students, and a very easy way for them to really grasp concepts and go deeper into the conceptual understanding of the work given to them in the classroom!
