Isaac Robert Kwapong is a Sports and Character coach with over 10 years of working in the education and youth development industry. Isaac is also the founder and director of Impact Youth Foundation a youth based non-profit organization in Ghana that uses sports to nurture transformational leaders living in underprivileged and underserved communities. His vision for youth sports was birthed in 2004 after he completed high school. Isaac has gone on to work in various athletics, character development, and coaching positions in some of the top international schools and sports academies such as Right to Dream Academy, Lincoln Community School, and Ghana Christian International High School (GCIHS).

Isaac is a trained Sports consultant with certification from Sports Management World Wide based in Oregon, USA, and a 3Dimensional Presenter at the 3D institute in the USA. He also has computer science and management qualifications and certification from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana and Open Labs formerly known as NIIT. Isaac has mentored and coached hundreds of student athletes in Ghana who have gone on to excel in different areas of life in Ghana and abroad. His hope and dream are to engage, inspire, and empower millions of youths in Ghana, and help the youth to make a living, make a statement, and make a difference in their communities using whatever skills and interests they are passionate about.
