ARIS Secondary IBDP Students attended the European Union Climate Change Diplomacy Event.

This year the EU Climate Change Diplomacy week was held under the theme of the “Talanoa Dialogue” meaning that all activities would have to be Inclusive, Participatory and Transparent. Incorporating this dialogue into Climate Diplomacy propels Ghana and the world to address many pressing environmental issues.

Our students also planned to take a part in the EU Climate Change Diplomacy Art Competition, as a part of their IB Creativity Activity and Service Project. All artwork must also be following the theme of the “Talanoa Dialogue”

It’s great for students to get exposure from different opportunities and events like these. It emphasizes the values of International Mindedness and shapes them in becoming Global Citizens.
