Habitats and Houses- A PYP Year 1 Inquiry

Did you know that there are different types of houses? PYP Year 1 Eagles do, and today, they took their inquiry up a notch!

Learning about habitats has been fun and insightful so far for Year 1 but today beats it all. They created their own mud houses as part of their inquiry! The Eagles gathered together outside the Art Room in their bright orange art aprons, worked the mud, and created beautiful mud houses!

It is very important for students to make real-life connections to whatever they are working on in class as it is a sure way for them to fully understand and grasp concepts!
